Hi friend — welcome to The Daily!
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by your health, frustrated with your body, or stuck in a cycle of symptoms without answers… You are not alone. I know those feelings deeply, because I’ve lived them.
I’m Delaney Greene — founder of The Daily, certified health coach-in-training, and lover of all things health and wellness. I’m 23 years old, born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, and I created The Daily as a space for you to find clarity, confidence, and hope in your health.
However, my journey started out of necessity — not inspiration. I spent years struggling with painful symptoms that doctors often dismissed or medicated, but never truly addressed: headaches, mood swings, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, cystic acne, and relentless bloating - only later was I diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis. I was tested over and over again with no answers, told it was all in my head, that it was "normal" or "part of being a woman". I was prescribed medications like omeprazole, hormones and birth control, or even told there was nothing they could do for me - but deep down, I knew there had to be a more supportive, root-cause approach. I didn’t just want to manage or mask my symptoms — I wanted to heal.
So I began my own journey — studying nutrition protocols, reading studies, diving into holistic approaches, learning about food and our bodies, about the individuality of the female body and eventually enrolling in The Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a certified health coach. I combined that education with my background in marketing and biological sciences to turn what I was learning into accessible content for others — and that’s how The Daily started.
What began as a personal Instagram page evolved into a full wellness platform: a place where I could share real food, natural remedies, faith-rooted encouragement, and the exact tools I use daily to reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and feel truly connected to my body again.
Through it all, I’ve come to believe one thing: healing isn’t linear — it comes in waves. That’s why there’s a wave in The Daily’s logo. Some days you’ll feel strong, other days you’ll feel off-track. But just like the tide, the body knows how to settle when given the right support.
Today, I’m still healing. I still learn something new about my body every week, even every day. But I now wake up excited to care for my body — not anxious, not frustrated. I’m building strength, restoring balance, and walking in a newfound peace with my health. And now, I get to help others do the same — whether it’s through recipes, lifestyle tips, workout plans, hormone-supportive plans, gut healing tips, or one-on-one coaching.
If you're here, you’ve already taken the first step toward a more empowered, rooted, and vibrant version of yourself. I’m so proud of you. Let’s do this — daily.
With love always,
Delaney
